Can I reserve one room for an overnight stay?
We do not accommodate one-room bookings. The villa is for exclusive rental, where the entire property must be booked for private use.

Due to the volume of reservations, we require full payment to confirm your selected date(s).
Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00noon the next day.
There is no restaurant inside the villa. The villa’s fully-equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your own food; we do not charge corkage fees.
Alternatively, we can arrange full catered service for those who want the convenience of a caterer.
Badian is located 110 km from the Mactan Cebu International Airport. The villa is a 3-hour drive from the airport.
We will gladly arrange transportation for our guests, at a minimal fee.
